Freight Delivery Details

OVER THE ROAD FREIGHT DELIVERY

When you purchase large and/or heavier items (such as large appliances, exercise equipment, etc.) they will be shipped through one of our several freight carriers by pallet or other means. If you are not sure whether the item you are about to purchase will be shipped by freight or not, please contact our customer service team prior to placing your order.

After completing your order, the freight carrier will contact you to make final delivery arrangements.

When your order arrives, it is important that you inspect your merchandise very carefully before accepting, and signing, for the delivery. Please note any visible damages on the receipt and/or refuse the shipment if there is any damage to the item itself.

Please remember, upon arrival at your destination, the freight carrier will unload your merchandise with superior care and bring the merchandise to your ground-level entrance. If your home is not on ground level, it will be delivered threshold/curbside.

This level of service does not include a second floor or greater delivery. Installation is not included with this level of service.

NOTE: Freight trucks are large and can often be actual tractor-trailers. If the road in which the package is being delivered is narrow or remote by the freight carriers' required standards, the delivery truck may not be able to fit and accommodate delivery. In this instance, the delivery will need to be arranged at the closest main road. If delivery to your home is requested, additional fees may be required to accommodate. Returns, for this reason, are considered a refusal and subject to our standard Return Policy.
